Invite written suggestions.

30 days

 

Interested persons have 30 days to lodge written suggestions
with the Secretary to the Electoral Distribution Commissioners.

 

 

Friday 7 March 2003

 

 

Written suggestions close at 5.00 pm.
Suggestions will subsequently be made available to the public.

14 days

 

Interested persons have 14 days to lodge written comments
with the Secretary to the Electoral Distribution Commissioners.

 

 

Friday 21 March 2003

 

 

Written comments close at 5.00 pm. 
Comments will subsequently be made available to the public.

42 days

 

Electoral Distribution Commissioners have 42 days to consider all written
suggestions and written comments received and to formulate proposals.

 

 

Friday 2 May 2003

 

 

Publish proposed boundaries.

30 days

 

Interested persons have 30 days to lodge their objections
with the Secretary to the Electoral Distribution Commissioners.

 

 

Tuesday 3 June 2003

 

 

Written objections close at 5.00 pm.

Objections will subsequently be made available to the public.

60 days

 

Electoral Distribution Commissioners have 60 days to consider
objections and prepare the final distribution of electoral boundaries.

 

 

Monday 4 August 2003

 

 

Publish final boundaries.
